1. Who you're contracting with
These terms are between you and Jgolo coaches, operating as JGolo Coaching ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or purchasing a coaching program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
JGolo Coaching provides personalized online fitness coaching: customized workout programs, cardio and core programming, calorie and protein targets, weekly check-ins, exercise form feedback, and direct messaging and accountability. Coaching is guidance, not medical advice — consult a qualified health professional before starting any training or nutrition program, and understand that results depend on your effort and consistency.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when applying or purchasing. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments, billing and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, and our Refund Policy, available at /refund-policy. Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Monthly Coaching renews each month until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. That includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property rights, interfering with the security of the site (malware, probing, scraping), sharing your program materials with others, or reselling access to the service.
6. Intellectual property
We own the service and all related intellectual property — the site, branding, program content, and materials. Purchasing a program gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own personal training. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell them.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you submit (check-in data, photos, messages). You give us a limited license to use that content solely to provide the coaching service — for example, to review your form videos or track your progress.
8. Service level
We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Coaching replies and check-ins are provided during normal business hours and may occasionally be delayed.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill). Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow exclusion.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated serious policy violations. When access ends, your right to use program materials ends too; we may delete your client data after a reasonable period.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Jgolo coaches operates. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply.
