Jgolo coaches wants every client to feel confident starting a program. If you're not satisfied with your purchase — whether it's the 3-Month Kickstart, the 6-Month Transformation, or your first month of Monthly Coaching — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and use the self-service refund tool, or
• Email us at jgolocoaching@gmail.com with the email you used at checkout, and we'll take care of it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Monthly Coaching cancellations

Monthly Coaching renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime — email us at jgolocoaching@gmail.com or manage your subscription through the Paddle link in your receipt. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Cancellation is separate from the 30-day refund guarantee above.
